Hi guys some of you know i have been restoring my 15ft super dory boat,just wondering what was best thing to do with the new  ply floor i put in? paint it?? or flowcoat?? if i was to paint what would be best stuff? cheers baz Smile

baz, fiberglass it in mate then gelcoat it all over to seal it. i painted mine with blakes deck paint mixed with very fine sand. thats what was done to my boat floor. looks nice and no water will come from between the hull and floor as its sealed.

I bought some rubber non-slip deck covering from a  boat jumble. Half the price compared to even the cheapest web deal I could find.

i did mine as skillpot says,cut all marine ply to size,single skin fiberglass matting 450gsm both sides  ,then flowcoat cant go wrong really mate
fishing-beer-sleep-breathe(sex but only if it means one of the 1st three with no nagging)
