just had the maddest call from my  lad of 28  wants to go beach fishing  and use all my old gear even tho he can go out with me on  my  boat worse still he wants me to go with him off the  beach  and show him the ropes  any of you guys want to take  him on he is a lost  cause lolConfused

Best to have him checked out first Ray - if his condition deteriorates he may start standing around the side of a large puddle with a pole.

he must love blanking.........weed and plenty of it........and mini species lol. oh unless you fish for smoothound which an absolute beginner could catch standing on his head.

take him out on your boat ray and show him how to catch proper fish!Confused

true but ive also been boat fishing since i was 10, and owned boats for a similar time with the old man which with my mathmatics skills is a fecking long time lol.

But wheres the challenge in boat fishing? Might as well fish for goldfish in a bowl, just as easy and just as exciting!!

It's much more rewarding catching a decent fish from the shore................ So I've been told anyway

that quote ray is nearly as good as lees, all you need is a fish finder to catch fish lmao.

and you know more than most theres abit more to it than that.

oh yeah the seas a big ol size goldfish bowl lol.
